Refund policy

Do to our ever changing web store inventory you agree that all sales are final.

Items from our " Last Call " Section are final sale, no exchanges or credits allowed.

In certain circumstances we will allow Exchange Only or Credit Only.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a credit or exchange.

All sales are considered final.

To be eligible for a exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Exchanges / Credits may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.

Other restrictions may apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned to us, products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges may not be available for online orders.

To complete your exchange or credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer / or EFO-USA without approval.

Exchange or Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange or credit. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit.

If you are approved, then your exchange or credit will be processed, and if in the case of a credit, a credit will automatically be applied to your EFO-USA web account within 30 days. If in the case of an exchange, your exchange product will be shipped out at your cost, within 30 days.

" Sale " and " Last Call "items
Only regular priced items are subject for exchanged or credit, unfortunately "sale" or "last Call " items cannot be exchanged or credited.

EFO-USA Authorized Return Shipping For Exchange or Credit

Once authorized via email from EFO-USA, You are responsible for all shipping costs / insurance / tracking to return your product, you are to return your product to: 995402 Mono-Adjala Townline Mono CA L9V 1C9

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us and back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. EFO-USA is not responsible , without using your selected shippers tracking service and insurance, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this guarantee must come from your selected shipper.
